51. An operator who, after 1 November 2007, establishes or alters an outdoor storage area for pulpwood or materials consisting of cellulose fibres used in the manufacturing process must comply with the following siting standards:
(1)  the area must be situated at least 60 m horizontally from the boundary of the littoral zone of the sea, a watercourse or a lake within the meaning of the Protection Policy for Lakeshores, Riverbanks, Littoral Zones and Floodplains (chapter Q-2, r. 35);
(2)  the area must be situated at least 300 m horizontally from a well or water intake supplying drinking water; and
(3)  the area must be situated at least 60 m horizontally from a pond, marsh, swamp or bog.

(2)  the area must be situated at least 300 m horizontally from a well or water intake supplying drinking water; and
(3)  the area must be situated at least 60 m horizontally from a pond, marsh, swamp or bog.
